Squealing/squeaking noise. Help plz!

Squealing/squeaking noise. Help plz!
I just noticed a new noise in my 95 ex today. I hit about 6-6.5k and I heard this squeaking noise, I thought it was a belt but they all look fine(I know a belt can be shot even though it looks good). So I have the GF rev the engine till it squeaks and my radiator fan stopped spinning about the time I hear the noise and she lets off throttle and fan starts and noise goes away. So is my fan bearing going or am I missing the real problem? The noise doesn't last for more than a second or two as far as I know since I let off throttle as soon as I hear it.
