Default Aluminum Disks

Need a bunch (20+) of 5" aluminum disks. Perfect diameter would be just less than 5" (4.9 -0+5thou) and anywhere from .083 to .100" thick.

Anyone know where to get something like this OTS? Or anyone want to cut them out for me real fast for a couple bucks each?

I'm sure one of those places has 5" round stock that they could cut into slices.

I prefer to support local places so that I can hunt them down if they don't deliver what I pay them for.

Not in his thickness range.

I checked it out and .188" is the thinnest we could cut.

Look hole sawing aluminum sucks when it's thin and time is money. I would love to buy these OTS from someone. If I have to get them laser or waterjet cut I will so I don't have to make more on a lathe. Too much time which I already have limited amounts of

One of my buddies at work has a relative who does laser cutting. I'll get ahold of him tomorrow and see what I can do.

Again, what's so hard about going to a local machine shop? No shipping fees, no miscommunication, support your local community, etc. No downsides to it and it would take less time than sitting on here waiting for an answer.

I can get you the discs lasercut out of .010 aluminum for $3.50 (20 pieces) or $3.00 (50 pieces) + shipping.
