Default cold driving HELP!

When my 93 eg is cold (d15) the throttle response is off. For about the first 3 minutes of driving, when I push the pedal down more than about 10% throttle, the car acts as if I did not push down the pedal at all. After it warms up there is not problem at all. Please help me if you can. Thanks

Try some plugs, cap, rotor and maybe wires.

Is your fast idle working?

Does the engine idle faster when it is cold than after it warms up?

I have personal experience at how little wear it takes on plugs, rotor and cap to make your car run like $h1t.
