I have a stock enging in my 93 hatch and i wanna get a sohc vtec. Will i need to get a new transmission or can i just get the engine? I don't know much about cars and i know posters on here wont try to rip me off and tell me i need something i really dont

 

1. sohc vtec engine
2. vtec plugs
3. p28 ecu

and yes you can use your stock tranny, but its got longer gears though.
