hey i was looking under my dash for the knee bolster and didnt see anything can anyone show me a pic or explain where it is i look for it but couldnt find it. Also what does the firewall mat do anything except add wait whats the best way to remove this(most for littles amount of work) anything else that can go will still keeping the stock interior look. i got the spare wheel and jack out but help me out here.

im assuming its to protect you from the heat?? take off the dash is the only way i can think of to get to the entire thing if you really wanna remove it..

 

is the heat that noticeable though? can u live without the mat, i dont mind the noise if thats what it does also.

 

i dunno man give it a shot and you tell me, lol

 

this may just be me, but removing the dash to save negligible weight and increase noise and heat isnt worth it. At all.
