That price is for the stock NGK-R that came in the GSR's. They're good plugs, search around you may be able to find them cheaper. Are you keeping the engine stock for long? If so i'd stick with that plug.

You can run it, but i'd stick with your stock plug for bolt-ons.

Yes you can.
The 11 in that number stands for 1.1 pre-gap. The GSR's are 13 or 1.3 pre-gap. The parts guy gave me the 11's instead of 13's and for ***** and grins I tried them. There is no adverse effect that I can tell, actually it helped with a pinging problem I was having. I noticed that the motor idles MUCH smoother now too. Try them, it is only money.

i put the BKR7E ngk's in my turbo gsr a few days ago gapped them to .030 and since then my idle flucuatates within 1-200 rpm. What do u think, should i make the gap a bit bigger?

i gots them denso iridiums. but i got them for like free. so hey why not use them. their pretty good plugs. but if i had to buy them i would probably go with the ngk iridiums. go to your local napa store. they always have them on special. like 7 bucks each.
