sometimes my gears grind. i dont think its my tranny (synchros) because i dont drive the car hard. could it be my tranny oil level is low? or is my clutch going?

 

does it grind going into third?? if so it is your syncros wearing out, it's common in Integras, I say replace your existing fluid with GM Synchromesh fluid, should eliminate most of the problem. hope this is good enough info

 

Is it hard to get into gear at all, or just grinding?

Mine started getting really sticky then started to grind a little.
when I took my clutch out, one of the springs was coming out.

 

its sometimes hard to get into gears. i dont want to force it, but sometimes it sucks it in and it grinds. what should i do? i dont want to damage my tranny.

 

do that things that u can do quick. tranny fluid change, clutch fluid.

change your tranny fluid and see if that helps. GM syncromesh is butter smooth but the honda mtl is good also. i never use regular oil because the shifts are way too notchy for me.
