Default final drive gears

Hi, I am looking for ats final drive gears (as cheap as possible) for my integra type r EDM (NOT USDM or JDM). Are these gears worth of buying and are they actually working for the 1/4 mile. After I put them in - do I finish at 4th gear ? How much time can they approximately save me on 1/4 mile ?

The benefit a 4.9 final drive will offer is entirely dependent upon your vehicle setup and your ability to drive the car. In most setups with fairly decent drivers they do yield some benefit, but nothing that would allow anyone to effectively quantify an estimate.

a close ratio 3/4/5 gearset would be more beneficial for you if you already have the 4.7 final drive.....

they only way 5th would be beneficial is if it were a sequential box.

ats gears are notorious for breaking in drag applications. if you want something strong enough to take all the all motor abuse you can throw at it, G-force is the only way to go. pm me for more details.

and we wont be able to tell you what gear youll finish in till you give us the redline of the engine and your tire size.
