Default itb gurus it my turn for help *i have no vaccume

as stated ..i have a lack of vaccume ...tried may different tunes ..timing settings tps adjustments...

with the h22 last year i had almost -20hg of vac at idle and it ran good even on the low cam ...

the f20 im lucky to get above -10hg..
im pulling it all of tonight to double check it all to find out whats goign on ..

my low maps suck ***** (no wonder casue it doesnt go abouve -5 when cruising )

ive tried all diff combos of vac canisters and no canister..ran all 4 to map then ran 2 only to the map..no change ...ive played with timmign to ge tit as high as i can but soon as i touch the gas it doesnt do anytihgn till i hit -5hg then it accels...

im gonna get some vids up tonight of the problems im having with this peice of **** ..im really getting mad cause i cant even drive it without looking like a tool due to the bucking and jerking i get when i try to keep a steady speed...

the high cam work wonderfull and pulls hard to 8000 but it doesnt help me get to work and back (5 min drive)with out loosing my mind

any tips would be great guys

btw im tunned on crome 1.1.5 with gsxr tps at 1.51v close 4.5 open
thanks

just to add i had a slipped exaust cam but it was only at idle for about 15 sec..no reving

did a comp test and it came out at 240psi on all 4+/- 3 to 4 psi to me this would mean that there is no bent valves but who knows right

the motor stock is 11:1 so it seems this is about what 240 would bring me ...

Wher are you pulling vacume from? Should be from 4 ports after the throttle plates.

stick ur hand over the ITB's to try to kill the engine. i bet u got a vac leak at the manifold gasket.

if u plug uip the intake and it still idles u got massive leaks.

good luck

hey guys

don: yes im pulling from the holes after the plates..the ones above the plave are capped off and dont seem to be leaking

john: thanks for a simple fix idea...i tend to over think things and bypass the obvious and easiest first...im gonna check it out when i get home tongiht

so if i plug one shoudl the motor stall....or shoudl i plug more then one

just ordered a intake mani gasket caus ei slaked and didnt order one cause i thought it would be fine, not sir eif its the problem yet but it doesnt hurt to have one ..

gonna get some TB cleaner to see if i can find a leak easier

thanks guys

well this is a good start becuase if i put my hand over #1 it stalls

hand over #4 it stalls

over 2 and 3 it doesnt stall
so theres a good sign

could be the vac can cause 2 and 3 goto the same can and 1 and 4 go to the a diff can

when i take my vac reading i take from 1 and 4 (map cannister) and i get the same vacume

you shoudl put all into 1 can not two separate cans. tee all 4 into can then separate nipple to map and separate to brake booster. try to keep small vaccum hoses as well, not bi 3/8" looking ones LOL.
