Hey I was thinking of getting these seats:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33701
was wodnering what ppl thought.. I like the leather, but im not sure how supportive/nonsupportive they are, how fast they will wear, if they have good padding, etc. They look good thats for sure...
but if you had the choice between that^ and this:
http://www.tommotorsport.com/s...c5fa8
Which would you go with? I think obv the TM ones are better but considering i may get a gsr leather rear the leather fronts look good too....

If your looking for a real set of S2000 seats Rev-tech in Woodbridge Va has a set for sale at a good price I will say that those on Ebay look pretty cheap

i want s2ks but i dont wanna spend 800 for something that my *** goes in
$500 is pretty much my limit, if i can get s2k seats for that then hell yea, otherwise it looks like toms motorsport will be gettin my biz. I was gonna get the torinos off TM but they arent in alcantara, which is pretty nice material

Chill Mr.Detail. OCD much? Either way they are copies, so it doesnt really matter.
I would say go with the Toms, they are a pretty reputable company, and I've always liked there seats.

ok, so i got two options now:
2000 GSR Leather Front and Rear Seats
or
TM Front Seats and OEM black civic rear beanch
I want the GSR cause the are crazy classy lookin, but then again, i want a seat that will keep me in it when hitting corners fast. Right now in my OE civic seats my face is again the window due to lack of support and im not sure if the GSR seats will provide the support i need.
Can anyone vouch for the support of the GSR seat?
thanks!

I just figured since they're COMPLETELY different, people on a Honda board of all places would be kind enough to point that out to the person.

He says in his initial post "s2k STYLE" seats...
Also later in the thread people recomend getting REAL S2k seats not knock offs...
EVERYONE but you was apparently aware of what they were looking at...
Chill out.

yes we all knew they were not s2k seats, or knockoff s2k seats, they are simply s2k STYLE (aka: leather, bucket style).
But thanks for reminding us what we knew, no need to bold it tho
Soooooo im leaning toward the TM setup now.... ppl have told me the GSR seats arent that grippin

I have red recaro ebay knockoffs...they look sick but arent too comfortable, and they feel kinda weak when u lean back, not too mych support. im trading them for a sohc motor swap, gsr seats, and $40
imo, the first choice looks way better than teh 2nd. but i would personally go with s2k's...ur in NY, so u should be able to get them for like 400, u might ahve to drive down to NYC or LI tho but its worth it.
also if ur interested, i got brand new 2005 rsx black seats for $500, just the front. they are new style and all black cloth, with suede on teh sides and still ahve the side airebags

if I had to choose I would say the first option, but for the same price you could get ITR, or leather GSR and they would be better quality.
