Default Sknk2 Stg2 or Crower Stg2 Cams w/ Oversized Valves and 12.5 Comp.

Basically I can't decide which route to go. It looks like the Skunk2 Stage 2 cams have a higher lift for a shorter period of time and the Crower Stage 2s have a lower lift for a longer period of time(?). I'm a bit worried about my clearance with the 12.5:1 pistons and large valves so I am really unsure about which cams to buy. Any recommendations?

My setup is just like that. 12.5 with oversize valves and crower 63402. The reason I went with crower instead of skunk is I heard skunk doesn't recommend oversize valves with there cam.

Revhard, did you go with the stock 63402A-2 (Stock idle lobe) or the actual 63402-2 street/strip rally/whatever ones?

If you look at the skunk2 site at the end of their description for the Stage 2 cams they say "Do not use oversized valves" without giving any reason.

Anyway, how do you like the crowers?
