Subframe bolt holes not lining up
For some reason the bolts on my subframe are aligning straight right under each other. They are at a angle. The top one is further out and the bottom is further in. Is everyone else DC or DB like this?m I currently am running a type r 22mm sway bar with BSQ kit on it and Nar Spec lower control arms. I just raised the car up to stock height and its making noises now. The endlinks are not sitting correctly either. They are at a angle. Can anyone help me out. Been trying to fix this problem for a while now. I don't feel the back being stiff as i hear i am suppose to. I know there is something wrong. Also if my rear subframe bolts are suppose to be right under each other how am i suppose to fix this problem. Drill new holes? I think this would keep me from running the A spec racing rear subframe reinforcement in the future (planning to get it sometime).
Thanks.
Thanks.
im not sure about you hole alignment problem, but for your endlinks, you can put washers to space them out till they are perpendicular to the ground. You might need new bolts too. this wont work if you have si endlinks because you might run out of threads on the bolt. only works for type-r endlinks.
ok well i tried moving the bar and turning it some but the endlinks still will not line up and also the bolts are too short to add spacers. Anyone know if the Stock GSR endlinks are shorter than the type R...and also if anyone knows where to get adjustable endlinks?
