Hondata support 1600cc injectors?
I want to know if anyone have this setup and want to know if it idles rough. I have not seen anyone on here that uses 1600cc injectors w/ the Hondata. What do you guys recommend to use for a good fuel management? thanks guys.
HONDATA can run it. Sometimes you can get a decent idle, at a tad higher rpm, not outrageous. Other times we get it fluxuating between 1200-1800 rpm, not to to bad.
Good luck,
Jason

Iam idling 1600's at 900 rpm with a 13.9 a/f on aem ems with aem injector driver..
I hear the aem injector driver can be used on next to any engine management..

Weren't you running 1000cc's before? Just curious... what duty cycle were you at on the old set-up? Mase talks about your car like its the best thing since sliced bread, lol.
who?
anyways..the aem injector driver is a true P/H driver that delivers a 4.1 amp current then drops it to a hold state of 1.1 amps to drive the low impedance injectors correctly..
I had to up my fuel value once I installed the driver and I dropped duty cycle at high boost aswell.. well worth the money to idle 1600cc like stock 240's...

Yes, I was running 1000cc before and I don't know what DC I was at before. Mase never told me what it was. But I'm going to see if I can push the whp to around 650+ and I don't think 1000cc can handle it. I"m sure it can for some people on here, by raising the fuel pressure at the regulator but I don't like to push the small injector that much. I'd like to run around 85 ish duty cycle and not more.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 99Hybrid_Hatch »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">who?

What is you idle speed set at? Also how is it during a cold morning startup, would it stall a few times without holding the gas pedal down for a little bit let the engine warm up and clear the extra fuel?

idle is at 900 rpm's and no..I dont give it any gas or touch the pedal at all during warmup..ems has alot of adjustability for this..
