a whine noise on my civic.
i drive a 98 honda civic dx hatchback. and everytime i start off in 1st gear.. it would drive normal but when i let go of the gas. it chokes and whines.. like a small grinding noise. like vrooomm *lets go of the gas* whine whine whine. especially when you downshift to second gear and slowly let go of the clutch. it whines really crazy!! would anyone help me out here? i think it could be the timing belt
