Default A/C condensor fan help!!!

I searched and found tons of information on problems with the A/C condensor or fan. Most of the problems or findings didn't quite help me out. Anyway the fan for my A/C compressor does not come on when the A/C is turned on. The only thing that I did was to replace the actual condensor a few months ago. I punched a hole in the first one when doing my conversion. I went to the Honda dealer and they replaced the 134a and got all the right pressures on the high and low side. I wasn't able to get the fan to come on by hot wiring it straight to the battery. I did the same to the radiator fan and it worked perfect. I'm banging my head against the wall right now. I understand that the clutch will not engage until the fan comes on.

If your compressor clutch is not kicking on you don't have enough pressure in the system. start with hooking up the gauges and letting us know what #'s are on them.

I don't have a gauge to check this. I just took the dealerships word that they were able to get the right pressure back into the system. I knew it was empty after punturing a hole into the condensor. I already checked the fuses also.

As we know most dealerships are filled with dumb asses, go back and bitch at the GM.
I bet it's not filled right if it once was working.

Shouldn't the fan come on if I hot wired it straight to the battery? It worked with the radiator fan.

I replaced the fan with a new one, but it still didn't work. It ran fine when plugged into a battery. The old fan failed the battery test so I just assumed the motor went bad.
