Default 92 Accord Tail Lights don't work

I just bought a 92 Honda Accord and the Taillights do not work at all, i've changed out every bulb in the front and back anc i've also checked all the fuses near the engine and under the dash.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try to look for next. Thanks
Rob

thats really weird, could the wiring itself have perhaps shorted out? I dont see that happening, it has to be a fuse issue.

Help us out a little bit; do the brake lights work? do the front running lights work? Do you have a test light to check for power at the bulb?
Besides all that, if people can't see the car the tail lights shouldn't matter. LOL

All the brake lights work, so does the headlights, signal, and backup lights; every light except for the running lights front and rear. I do have a tester and I don’t receive power at any of the connectors when the switch is on, I don’t think it’s the control switch since the headlights turn on when switched to it. Am I missing any fuse boxes or connections points…..I’ve checked the engine compartment and under the dash, as for the connectors I’ve checked for power at all connectors ends. I’m about to send a tone thru each wire to see if I could trace out the wire and find a faults. Thanks for the help this site is awesome, quick responses.

first make sure fuse # 23 15 amp undrhood box is ok if it is ,,,locate a blue 20 pin connector left side of dash below steering column,, there should be a red/green wire there you are supposed to have power key on, if so chk red/black wire with headlite switch on you should have power there if not headlite switch is no good,,,the red/black is the wire that goes all the way to the rear ,,if you got power at red/black at blue 20 pin connector then let me know see if i can help locate other connectors but i have a feeling it might be the headlite switch...
a quick test you can do to test the wiring is apply power at red/black at 20pin blue connector if lites turn on then the wiring from there til the back is ok ..if not you got a wiring problem

Alright, i've checked the red/black wire and it has not power with the key on or off. I applied power to it and sure enough the lights came on, Thanks.

Now is this for sure going to be the light switch or could it be something in between the switch and connector? Thanks in advance for the help.

at same connector 20 pins blue , did you have power at red/green?? if so most likely problem is with headlite switch ,,,if not wiring problem assuming the fuse is ok ..
red /green wire gives power to switch when swtich is turned on power is sent to red/black if you get power coming in on red/green and none on red/black switch is no good
