Default difference between '00 and '02 rims

what is the difference between the rims? is it noticable?

on handaaccessories they sell them differently... i heard something about color or coating but i have never compared them in real life.

there IS a difference... i think the 02-03's are a lil darker coated.. also one of them the spokes go to the end of the rim.. instead of jus the lip..

i forgot which one is which because its so minor.. lemme see if i can find the pics..

The '00-'01s have a silver color. The '02-'03 are a goldish color. Other than that they are the same.

hmm.. i remember seeing a comparison somewhere... oh well. they look indentical i believe unless they're like riight next to each other..

00 and 01 wheels have a yellow clear coat while 02 and 03 wheels have a blue clear coat.

00-01 wheels have a different clear coating/finish... they are more chromish/brushed......

02-03 wheels have a dull finish compared to the older ones...

the ones you've seen with the spokes going all the way out to the edge of the rim are JMD wheels.... only availible in japan unless imported here.. you can get them from http://www.passwordjdm.com

then there's the bbs wheels that have the spokes slanted a little....
