ON MY 89 honda civic hatchback.. 1.5l i changed my oil flushed out rad and i filled all fluids.. now i changed my plugs and i have nology hot wires on my car.. and i took for test drive and with the new filter i thought was the problem.. its still doing it?? now i over looked this but i put a new alternator belt on and the belt is really lose.. would that make the motor bog? please let me know im diein over here.. runin out of ideas why it would be boggin.. thanks everyone in advanced..
you should make at least 4 more threads about this..... take those nology wires and toss them, your better off running oem, have you checked you cap and rotor, especially the rotor screw, is the car "bogging" all the time, or at a certain rpm? Have you checked you cat to see if its plugged? What do your old plugs look like? your tps or map sensor could be bar also, there are so many variables
Double check all your plugs, like he said the tps, etc. make sure they're all on there tight. Rotor is a good thought as well, but if all that looks good, check you coil, and replace with a known good one. I had a bogging prob a few months ago, and i replaced my coil, and it worked great. It could only be one of two things- your motor isnt getting the correct amount of fuel, or your ignition system is not burning it comepletely. Ive got my money on tps or something in the dizzy though. good luck

Toss the Nology wires, seriously. I had 2 co-workers (both Engineers) with relatively-stock Hondas/Toyotas. Last summer both started experiencing bogging.
One of them replaced wires with stock (NGK) wires and the problem was solved
The other followed suit and his problem went away immediately as well.

.............4 more threads, too funny

Now your last bet would be to try a diff set of injectors.

I PUT AN O2 SENSOR IN AND I TOOK OFF MY NOLOGY HOT WIRES AND PUT ON OEM STOCK WIRES AND THE BOGGIN WENT AWAY.. SO EITHER THE WIRES OR O2 WAS THE PROBLEM THANKS GUYS.. OH THE REASON I TOOK MY WIRES OFF IS BC I TOUCHED THE WIRES WHILE THE CAR WAS RUNIN AND THE WIRES SHOCKED ME NEAR THE DISTRIBUTOR.. SO I THINK THAT WAS THE PROBLEM WHY IT WAS BOGGIN.. THANKS AGAIN GUYS..
