Default 38mm wastegate onto a 35mm flange?

I know i wont get the benefits of the extra 3mm but will it fit straight on with the correct ring or will the flange need playing with? thanks in advance.

If your good then just get the gasket and mark it on the flange and get out the dremel if you trust your self. if not take it to someone who can do it.
