Default port and polish?

How beneficial would it be to do a port and polish on a b18a head? My second option was to just go ls/vtec, but I was getting ready to go twin turbo instead. Any info. would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

It's beneficial if you have big cams, better flowing intake manifold, bigger throttle body, etc... Engines function in sinergy. A group of modifications working in order make a much better result than having them separated. Having an engine with no backround will see little gains if that work is performed to it. Therefore it wouldn't be cost effective.

And TT setup is a little overkill imo. But can you give any details?
