intake options??

which short ram intake is the best, under $150, injen? aem?

IMHO Dragon (Weapon R) best ive seen on dyno sheets and have a couple friends that own one

(something about a paper filter bothers me...)

IMO they are all to close to being the same in design, excluding the air filter. Get the filter you want and buy an aluminum intake pipe. I beleive intake differences come in with different designs like J's, Iceman (plastic), ARC... all the rest are just copies of eachother. I went through several intakes on my old EJ, before I boosted it , both short and cold, and there wasn't enough diff. between them to justify the big $$ diff

Also, do yourself a favor and move the battery to the trunk, you get many more options that way. I run an Integra LS short on mind, building a custom aluminum airbox now (like the ARC)

i agree they are all pretty much the same, except J's and such. i personaly prefer foam filters(like dragon) i know the different styles like J's seem to help in different rev's but just slight differences. almost all the pipes (AEM dragon, tenzo... etc etc) are just about EXACTLY the same only difference is if you put a heat sheild on the filter or something..(only great if its near block batery blocks enough heat in my opinion
