ok i got a 90 Civic EX, the speedo hasnt worked since i got the car, the guy said it just stoped working one day.....well 2night i replaced the speedo cable cause someone on here said that would fix it, but it didnt, so i need some help gettin this solved, any advice will help, thanx in advance

 

Pull the speed sensor out of the tranny and see what kind of shape it's in. Also, maybe the speedometer itself is not working.

 

i was gunna change teh VSS next in the tranny and if that dont fix it i was gunna replace the speedo on the cluster itself w. one from an old cluster i have
