Ok i know this is kinda dumb but on my sisters 88 integra ls her speedometer is jumping all around so i am like maybe the cluster is broke so i replaced the entire cluster with a new one and it's jumping around somemore does anyone have any idea it says she doing like 130 etc. is the the cable? or the speed sensor in the tranny how hard are they to replace etc.

thanks any questions or hints would help. like i said ia lready replaced the entire cluster and it didnt fix the problem

 

i'd lean at the speedo cable being broken.
