Default not getting fuel

I got this EG with a JDM H22 in it and its not getting any fuel. i turn the key twice and dont hear the fuel pump.

I checked the main relay and switched it with my cousins car and that wasnt it. i check the fuses and that wasnt it. then i replaced the fuel filter with my cousins EG and still it doesnt work. i put my fuel filter in his car and it works so it wasnt my fuel filter.

so ..... anyone have any idea whats wrong?

theres your problem. fuel pump is bad or wiring is bad if fuses and relays are good

how would i check the wiring? would i need one of those screw driver with a light in it and a ground wire?

it shouldnt matter which ecu you use unless the ecu is bad then it could be the problem

-fuel pump is good
-main relay is good
-ecu is good
-ground is good
-havnt checked the fuel filter yet but that has nothing to do with the pump not turning on though, right?
