car BOGGIN.. WHAT COULD BE THE REASON???

I Have a 89 honda civic hatchback and i changed my plugs and oil and flushed my rad out and put new in.. my car boggs out in every gear.. what coulg be the problem.. i recently changed my fuel filter.. which im thinking went bad from bad gas or someting.. i run 89 octane in the beast.. and its been fine ever since till today.. please post and give me some input.. thanks guys.
Could be your Catalytic Converter(s).

what engine u running? Try changing your o2 sensors, that could be it, check your tps, make sure your your fuel pump is working. and if it is, when was the last time it was changed? Im probably forgetting something but this was all the stuff that I checked/replaced wen my car was bogging after my swap.
Injectors, Plug wires... Inspect your wires, my mom's van was bogging like crazy in every gear too, and we later found out a wire was cracked and peeled off a lil bit.

SO FAR I CHECKED EVERYTHING LIKE THAT.. I HAVE A STICK 5 SPEED AND I ALSO HAVE HOT PLUGS NOLOGY WIRES $200 SOO I DOUBT THIER CRACKED OR SOMETHING BUT ILL CHECK. THANKS BRA
