Okay so yesterday i installed my oil pressure guage and everything was great, today i swapped out my oil pan because by other one was slightly dented. The new pan i put on is slightly different but all the bolts lined up and so did the gasket. Imade sure that that oil pick-up was clean before putting the new pan on.
Now i go to drive it and the max oil pressure i get is 30psi, what could cause this, could the pickup be touching the bottom of the oil pan? There are no leaks everything was torqued to spec i dont know what to do i cant drvie it cause its boosted and boost+low oil pressure=boom so help me out guys

just buy the right oil pan iam sure thats the problem what pan is it?

 

its the same pan for a d16z6...
