Default e-manage or Venom 400

I was wondering what you guys think is a better buy. I have some mods but nothing major just lookin for some extra punch. I am more show then go for now. I just want something to give me a little edge on other civic's. Any body have any other idea what i could do. My setup is a 00 Civic Si (Canada) D16y8. Cold air, throttle body spacer, wires, exhaust, soon headers. Ya i am not sure if i want just a bolt on chip like the Venom or go with the piggy-back setup with the e-manage. Let me know, thanx.

Damn the CAN Si has a D16Y8? That sucks.

Personally, I think your not going to get a gain off of the Venom 400 or the e-manage. IMO, the e-manage just sucks, and the Venom 400 well... isnt any better. You'd be better off chipping your ECU with a proven 8+HP. A few of my friends went on eBay and bought those $20 chips and they made a significant difference from the stock P28. I was suprised myself.

Do the typical I/H/E with the chipped ECU and a dry 50 shot. Then you'll have the on the typical civic in Canada.

I agree chip your ECU then buy an ebay ship. If you really want to get gain go pay for some dyno time they should be able to get the same gains as the ebay chip and maybe more ya never know. Both the emangae and venom I think would be pretty useless in your set up.
