Default ABS modulator

Hi, all -

I've got a '96 Accord Coupe ES, which has been brilliant... Unfortunately, the ABS modulator has started leaking. So far, it hasn't caused much of a problem, because the leak seems to be quite small, the ABS warning light on the dash has never come on and I've been careful to ensure the ABS reservoir hasn't run dry. (The ABS system is the type with the separate reservoir.)

I've had a good search around the Internet, and have found differing opinions about whether the modulator can actually be fixed or not. Obviously, because of the price of them new, I'm keen to fix the modulator rather than replace it if at all possible.

Does anyone have a definitive answer about whether the modulator can actually be fixed; and if so, information about what to do? Also, I've seen references to service bulletins 96050 and 97102796050, which would appear to be relevant. Could anyone give me a lead as to where I can find the text of these?

Thanks
Matt
