4lug to 5lug?

i was browsing a local forum wen some ppl were talking about this. i wonder if its possible for honda also?
lets say the rear drum brakes of a civic,
i mean can u get a 5lug itr wheel get the specs or lets say ghetto style and put the wheel next to the drum mark the holes n than drill n tap them. add studs and than put back onto car? lol i know this sounds a little weird or ackward but would that work?

na, I don't see why you couldn't do anything like that, I was gonna post something about enjuku's cars (locals) but then I noticed people talking about them at the end of tha thread, i've seen it done before on a few didn't types of cars....the closest i've seen anyone go in that direction with a honda is just re-drilling the rotors for larger brake setup/combos but I don't see why this isn't a do-able thing
