hi rpm at idle

hi rpm at idle, idle set screw already backed out all the way, it will not lower to about 600 to 700 like it should, let me know

no vacuum leaks and timing is correct...

Stock engine?

I would just adjust my idle RPM in uberdata if it were me... if I didn't have uberdata I might check my FITV to see if it's sticking...
