car won't start with new cam gear

Default car won't start with new cam gear

just put in a skunk 2 ajustible cam gear and car wont start now, set everything to tdc but still wouldint start, car just keeps on cranking, got spark, and fuel, could it be the adjustments on the camgear??? need help quick!

i hated my cam-gear!!! same problem, took it off and it started right up lol

it has to be a timing issue.......just keep adjusting it until it works. it just doesn't seem possible that by adding an aftermarket cam gear while all the timing is correct would make your car not start. it doesn't have any effect on whether the car will start or not. all it does is adjust the timing. so therefore if the timing is off, the car won't start.

should i just screw the cam gear already, does it help any with a stock cam???

i got my car started today runs good now .....all i had to do was make my own timing marks on my buddy club cams by lining it up with the stock cams because buddy club cams doesnt have any marks
