i don't think they're suppose to, even if they are a little tight it should fit, aftermarket parts (especially the black widow kit since its been duplicated hundreds of times) shouldn't fit perfectly

why you asking us? ask the shop that sell you the sideskirt.

as far as i know the stocker SHOULD coming off, why? you see the "vent" for your BW sideskirt? it would be in the way of the stockside skirt

no you dont have to remove the stock side skirt, because i have the mugen lip side skirt on my car and they install pretty much like regular body kits

Why not email the company you bought them from and ask?

My friend has a 97 Civic hatch with a kit on it. He just took off the Buddy Club side skirts and they were just placed over the OEM ones.

umm thats because you have a lip kit..obviously it goes over your stock ones..seems like you dont know much..i highly doubt that the BW goes over your stock ones since the back and rear are replaced so its only common sense that your stock sideskirts need to be replaced to. I agree with Iam7head.

my xenon kit went over all my stock pecies. it may depend on the kit itself. all parts won't always fit perfectly. one of my side shirts is a little tighter fit that the other but it still installs over the exiting side shirt.

sorry that im not a body kit expert.....but if the kit hung below the stock sidekisrts, youd have to drill through the stock ones, and then they would hang down uber low.......

if the body kit goes on when you take the stock ones off, and it holds good, then leave it, less weight. but if you're lazy and the kit holds right on, then leave it like that, no offence but it's yoo car man. work it the way that akes you happy
