if you are running the stock injectors it should be aroun 50-54 psi, if you are running obd 1 injectors it should be 36-40 psi. if you are running aftermarket injectors i cant say.

use the stock FPR.
stock fuel pressure for ALL h22's is around 43psi base pressure.
The stock FPR is perfect for stock fuel pump or walbro 255 pump. The only reason you would ever need to run an aftermarket FPR is if you run a fuel pump that is bigger than a 255.

Ok. My other question is will I be able to use a oem h22a4, h22a1, h23a, and a f20b fpr for my jdm h22? Because the fuel rail I got didn't come with one and I've been looking all over to find one or find info on what's compatible with my motor.

Holy cow... enough of the guessing already everyone. The appropriate answer is to strap the car to a dyno and adjust the static (vacuum line removed and plugged while the engine idles) fuel pressure so that the car has an A/F value of 13.0 to 13.2:1 under a WOT pull. Whatever that value is... IS what makes the most power and is safe to operate.
