TEIN SS damper settings
hello gents,
quick question, i just bought some tein ss dampers w/ pillowball mounts for a 96 accord sedan. i plan to have it dropped real low. i roll on 40/225/18s and will prob have a one finger gap if that. what settings should i run for daily driving?? they are 8 points in frnt and 10 in back. 1 being softest. thanks

well just remember. all the way clock wise is 0 which is the stiffest and you turn it COUNTER clockwise (16 clicks is the most you should go) to go softer...
Most people do not know this and think that all the way counter clock wise is the stiffest and turn it clockwise to go softer, which is not correct.

I'm sorry, but that does not make any sense, care to revise or explain, if he is to turn it counter clockwise to go softer it will just make it stiffer. AM I missing something????

read the manual !!!!
clockwise = hard
counter clockwise = soft
standard is 8 counter clockwise from fully clockwise
my setup for street is not that far from standard
7 front and 8 rear.
ride it on standard for a couple of days then change it..
that way you get a better feel for what you really want..
