H22/H23 Accord Swaps Gas Mileage
What you guys gettin'?
Both my Accords are stock F22's right now. Getting from 275-325 city driving per tank, & 350-400 highway driving per tank.
Please don't give 30 mpg....how many miles per tank is what I'm looking for. I'm not sure how big the tanks are.
My 90 might be getting a new life soon. A step into a DOHC world for me (H23).
Thanks.

Honestly it will obviously depend on how you drive it...the cb7 gas tank is 17 gallons (or was it 16), anyway with a h23 you should see about the same miles per tank and with a h22 I would guess just slightly lower since it has higher compression and also has vtec.
If you want some really good info on hybrids involving the cb7 check out http://www.cb7tuner.com
.
With my cb7 I get 310-330 in the city and 375-400 on the highway, not bad for a 15 year old car with 195K on her

i have a H22 on my 90 accord LX. Im getting around 330 miles(mostly freeway/highway miles) per 12.5 gallons. I havent run the gas all the way when the reserve light go's on. So im getting 26 miles per gallon.
That's good news!
I seems to stay the same. I hope to find a nice H23 w/ low miles if something were to happen (has 260k) to the F22....gotta love Honda SOHC's. I think my axles are going out on me and I'm not playing the 'fix this, then fix that' game... it's all or nothing.
