Default Question about staging brake

I know questions about staging brakes come up quit often, but I was wondering if it is legal to run the staging brake off the rear. That means leaving just the front brakes to stop the car. Is it legal to have the rear brakes not engage?

in the rules it says you need to have front and rear brakes, nothing specifies that they cant work independently. most people rely on the fronts to stop and the backs to stage.....CNC makes a lever assembly with check valves that ties into the rear brakes.....were all four will work your foot....I did not read the rules for this year...but it had/has been the same for last couple

That is how we do it. Staging brake for the rear and front brakes to stop.

Chris,
It will be fine like they said, run the staging brake solely to the rears, and the pedal only working the fronts.

I do not believe it is. I know for a fact NDRA tech told me the s/brake is illegal in Turbo4, however he did say that it would be ok if we simply removed the handle assy off the brake when competing in a NDRA event.
