Default LSD Opinions (Cusco?)

Have many of you guys run the Cusco (or any clutch type) LSDs on your Road Race cars and do you like them better than the Helical or gear type? I'm thinking about picking up the Cusco for our race only EG. I know this has probably been talked about but I haven't found good reports on the searches I've done.

Do you have a dependable supplier for cusco replacement parts?

If not, I would stay with someone like ATS who has a local presence.

Thanks Jeff. Are you saying the Cusco parts are hard to find? I'm more concerned about performance compared to say the factory lsd or gear type.

I don't have experience with the Cusco, but I do with Kaaz and ATS clutch type as well as the ITR stock helical LSD. I like the ATS D20 the best.

No, I'm just asking the question because I never see anyone running it. [not, BTW, a good reason to choose it]. I know for a fact that other brands have parts readily available. Just something you should consider before choosing a brand.

Again, with "noone" running it, you're not going to get much useful feedback. There have, however been threads comparing the different lsd types if that's the information you're really looking for.

Jeff, are you not checking your PMs? I've left a question there for you.
