what size piping are you guys running with your superchargers?

what size piping are you guys running with your superchargers?
I am getting a new exhaust setup which includes
kamikaze 4-1 header w/ 2.5 collector
magnaflow 2.5/2.5 high flow cat
i recently threw on a ghetto crush bent 2.5 inch piping system to go w/ a dc 4-2-1 header w/ stock cat and i lost a LOT of low end over the 2.25 piping it originally had.
should i stick with 2.5 piping? or have the 2.5 slim down to 2.25? will that recover low end?
