Are you looking for something to serve as a double duty shoe?

If not, I would look into a nice dedicated race shoe. They start around $60 and Nomex ones start about $90.

I don't think I would compromise on this one.

my shop recently became a distributor for piloti and i trying to see if it would be worth it to do a HT group buy, we've had pretty good luck on MR2OC and Spyderchat, i figured honda-tech would show just as much interest.
the pilotis are very comfortable and many of them are constructed with nomex.

my speedcats are needing to be replaced.

I'm a little worried about piloti's soles. They seem to be a lot thicker than Pumas. I don't know if I'm going to like the loss of sensitivity as a replacement for the pumas. THey look a lot bulkier overall too

The Monaco and 616 looks good to me in grey/black. How cheap can you get those?

hmmm maybe I should just get another pair of speedcats and stop wearing them daily lol.

They're competitively priced against the Pumas. The Pumas are sexier tho.

I might be down for a set of Spyder SV's...price dependent of course.

Although this is a nice shoe, you cannot beat the price and quality of the G-Force products. I bought a pair of high top race shoes 5 years ago, and although they look like **** now, they are still holding together. And very comfortable

so far i've only been able to try on the spyders, and i can say they are quite a step up from most low top street shoes, no sacrifices in comfort, hopefully we'll be getting some of the imolas and corsas soon , so i can comment on them.
i do most of my diving in DC skechers or barefoot.
