Default Rear LCA bushings

Right now I am doing the LCAs on an 88 crx. It has the ITR box style LCAs in the rear. When taking these out to put ES bushings in, do I have to take out JUST the rubber part or the metal sleeve too?

yes, I called ES and the only thing different on the bushings is the shock mount, the other buchings fit they just go in differently cuz of the box style LCA and the solid style.
