Default finally ran the turbo'd del sol

finally got my turbo setup put together and tuned on 9 psi, and took it to high school drags today.

it was almost what i was shooting for, but came just a bit short. good enough for now i guess.

setup:

94 del sol s (2480 lbs)
stock usdm b18c1
t3/t4 .63 a/r 57 trim
ssac manifold
3" open downpipe
tial 38 mm wastegate
jrc 6" intercooler
2.5" charge pipes
greddy type s bov
dsm 450s
walbro 255
rechipped p28 tuned on crome
nitto 205/40/16 450 tires

here it is:

R/T - .232
60' - 2.288
330' - 6.022
1/8 - 8.933
MPH - 85.40
1000 - 11.393
1/4 - 13.435
MPH - 110.89

trappin at 110 i think i could be good for high 12s maybe.

i made it all the way into the 4th round before i bogged off the line and missed second gear.

here's a video clip i made when i ran a 13.6:

With slicks you could see a high 12 i'm sure, your mph will drop a little though.

Like Matt said, Your MPH will come down but, on slicks I'm sure you could see 12.60's. 22's will be your best bet by the way. Congrats.

yes, at least look for a set of used 22" slicks. Slicks will get you in the 12's for sure. going from 9 to 11 psi will help with the MPH but wont do much for ET.
