I would hope that those parts are legit but I agree it is screaming stolen parts.

His feedback isn't that bad with only 1 negative... And it seems he's sold another civic prior to listing this one with some si parts to it (gauge, grill and rims).

Let's just hope it's an honest person who spent his hard earned money on it and not some sleeze ball thief who took someone else's ****!

It is Corona, NY, which is Queens, NYC. Lots of theft, lots of people who want Hondas, a great amount of people who desire those kinds of engines. It probably is stolen. With his grammar, I doubt he has a high paying job to afford all those legitimate parts.

i agree that this is an ignorant statement.
sorry to thread-jack, but that's just unbelievably narrow-minded. but what's the point in calling him on it? he's too narrow-minded to be made to realise what a stupid remark that was.

P.S. all of that isn't even that expensive. Lots of poor-grammared folks around H-T have far more hardcore, legitimate Hondas than that.

Your right. The doors are different color then the rest of the car. Just seems a little fishy. I really can't tell if it is, but I am not saying it isn't .

On a USDM motor I can't think of a truely good reason that the VIN plate would be removed. I dunno....maybe if the motor came from a totaled car or something.

The number plate wasn't removed, it just wasn't pictured.

He could be from another country and not speak (or write) the best english. There is a guy I work with who writes the exact same way as this guy, he talks like that too.

yah dont hate on everyone cause they speak slang or in ghettoish way. I know one guy he makes like 30 a hour but u wouldnt think it and his honda is sick..
ANYWAY what do i think i think that motor is STOLEEEEEEN. #1 its in NY
#2 anyone with a b18C5 shows it off and has papers unless it stolen. If its stolen people really dont want u too see it.
#3 The vin plates are gone.. and he took the pic so u couldnt even see the number on block..
Now the price of car its salvaged title so that explains the cheapness of it. and u can tell the car was almost EBP then he replaced it with a real 99-00 ebp si frontend. I dunno correct me if im wrong on all this. who knows but someone will deff BUY it and repaint it..

I dunno if it's stolen.....

That looks more like Merrick than Corona. Corona is almost completely residential...at least the parts I've been.

Just because it's in NY doesn't mean it's stolen either...There are plenty of cars getting stolen everyday in CA.

HAHAH, I bet he got a ticket by one of those little dueshebags in their 3 wheel carts.

I AGREE WITH YOU.This does look a little fishy. Most people will either take a picture of the whole stamping pad including vin or won't take it at all.plus the paint doesn't match as others mentioned. His spelling and use of words is the worest i have ever seen.i don't care if he is an immigrant or hood rat talking slang.miss spelling is one thing ,but he is using copletely wrong words .something is not right.
