Antifreeze leak
I own a 92' Accord. Yesterday I noticed a very small fluid spot on my garage floor of antifreeze/water under the car. I drove 30 miles to work this morning and when I popped open the hood I saw that the antifreeze/water fluid was splattered on the engine. It was concentrated near the resorvoir/overfill tank. The temp guage was not reading hot and the car did not exhibit any symptoms of overheating. Any clues as to why this is happening?
your radiator might have a crack in it. it sounds absurd, but the plastic will actually crack in small places and under high pressure, it sprays all over the place. This happened to my on my 5th gen. I would suggest examining the plastic on the top and bottom with a good light really close. You will most likely have to replace the radiator
could be radiator like it was posted ,,but if you see no cracks on tank pressure test system to locate leak ...you might also want to invest some money and replace all you coolant hoses ,,,they are 13 years old and i have seen many 90-93 hondas with hoses start to weaken and crack and leak
Also...check and see if you here any type or squeeling noise, check around your water pump as well, alot of times when cooling system problems start happening and you have a higher mileage car, the water pump likes to take a dump on you along with whatever else is going wrong...usually they will warn you with a loud noise and leak through the "tear duct" but sometimes they just stop all together, obviously this isnt the case here but may as well check it while your diagnosing your coolant leak.
