Default I'm sure you all will be happy about this

Well, After dumping 5 grand into my 86 i wrapped it around a tree, after it rolled twice, coming to a safe uncontrolled stop upside a tree, ah well, it was fun for awhile, now im working on my next project. a 1990 si found for 400 bucks in a junk yard, runs good, decent interior 200K on motor..

The D15B1 came stock with a 4spd tranny and DPFI in the civic HB STD 70HP
The D15B2 came stock with a 5spd tranny in DPFI in the civic DX 90HP

The horsepower difference is due to the camshaft and ecu other than that the motors are identical and neccessarily JDM.

If the car really is an SI the motor may have been replaced at some point with the JDM SOHC D15B but that is unlikely. More likely than not the SI motor was replaced with a USDM counterpart. Does it have DPFI or MPFI? Good luck on the buildup. Hatches are sweet
