wich vss do i need for a cable xsi tranny? any elec b series or does d series work???

you need the electric vss the b series is what you need b/c the motor is an xsi...is that a ys1. Replace the vss...and run teh wire to the ECu. some dude took the time and wrote it all out.. from the B16a2 wiring the Si cluster. It's basically the same b/c they use electric speed sensor....

 

i get that i just wanted to make sure that a ls vss would work with my tranny and cluster or if i neeeded a gsr vss?? or is there a difference?

if your car is still obd0 you can use a cable driven vss, which came off a 90-91 integra ls. I'm not sure if the 92-93 were cable driven, but i know for sure that the 90-91 cable vss will work. For example I am using a 90-91 integra cable driven vss in my 98 itr transmission. Hope this helps.
