where a 98 stock DX redlines at?

i know a d16z6 is at 7500 it should be somewhere around there

actually a z6 is 7200.

my buddy had a 98 dx hatch and his varied. He could rev to 6700 in first and second and then 7000 in third or something. It was weird. and he never got to redline in fourth, hah.

^^^ This link shows 7100 rpm for a DX of that year. Note where it says "1996+", at the bottom of the page, that list hadn't been updated since 2001... so it's really '96-'01

my buddy has a cx hatch with no tach a 97 that thing i swear has no red-line but does loose power at longer pulls

That's sucky, that's how my D15B7 was. He should purchase an EX gauge cluster at an auto wrecker (for the tach). Got mine for $20.

no **** idiot, i want to know so when i put in a tach i will know the redline.
