I sent him a money order and a check to this dude

400 postal money order and 68dollar check..

anyways I have this address and his cell phone number..

postal money orders are gay also to see if it has been cashed u need to go fill out a fourm!!!

well i mean theres no really no excuses to not have the package out, im the type that if someone pays me that day, im shipping the **** out that day, or the next morning, myself, i cant stand being slow, but if you just talked to him yesterday, give him acouple more days, i know its been alittle bit anyways, but maybe hes been busy and you reminded him ( i know, lame excuse... but sometimes **** happens, hear this all the time from scammers) BUT dont rule it out quite yet

Its only been two days? He is at least replying, did you get a new contact number, or at least an address? Why is there no tracking number already if they shipped out? Not sure its time to hit the panic button yet, but I am in the area if I can help out.

 

****! I got a guy with very good vouches and its been 19 days since he recvd my check and he still hasnt shipped. never returns my calls, never aswers the phone.

well here is the story. He said he got in trouble with the law his lawyer needs money. so I bought his woofer at a good deal. I 2nd day air his money MY money 468 bucks. May 4, 2005 2:45 P.M was the date he got the money. He said his shipping the same day now he said friday for sure. Now I get his email. Now his phone is no longer working he emailed me saying he has no money blah blah.. now his going to ship both woofers monday because I wanted both but I said since your new and I don't wannna get scammed I will send you money for one and after I get the first one I will send you the money for the other one..

 

Doesn't sound so great, but you definitely need more info on this guy. I'll keep an eye on this thread.

I have his moms address and phone number. I just sent him another email see what this fool says. He said his going to trust me and ship out both woofers on monday. Eventhough I paid for 1 and I suppose to pay for the other one when I get this one. I said OK lol...

see what happens see what he replys.

I guess, but you know compared to most other forums classified, H-T's seems to move like no other and have more stuff for sale than most any I have seen. I think when you are dealing with that amount of commerce going on, there is bound to be a few bad eggs in the bunch. Besides, I have seen plenty of these threads pop up, only to have it be a "false alarm", we still don't know for sure how even this situation has turned out. I have had good luck buying from folks on H-T, even those not local to me. I know I have hooked up a few people with good deals from stuff I have sold on here as well. You just have to be careful and know how to protect yourself, some people aren't very good about that. So overall I still give this community a thumbs up.

 

he gave me a tracking number not valid but it should be comming in tomorrow..
well see what happen tomorrow.. I emailed him and he has not replyed yets..
he said he shipped both woofers.... tomorrow friday will be the day..
