Default should i change my tires?

i just noticed this today on my front tires only. They aren't very old and still have a lot of tread on them.
the best pic i could get of my front tires condition. The small cracks aren't on my back ones

How come there's an uneven tire wear?

the tires aren't worn unevenly the cracks are on the side of the tire where the treads bend down to form the side

Here's my theory:

Exposure to the sun, elements, and enviroment. Mostly from the sun though. That's why companies invented tire dressing to prevent that from happening.

OR...

Probably **** poor construction of the tires themselves and the added stress of front wheels usage.

y would only my front tires show this thou and not my back tires especially when my back tires are probably more exposed to the sun that my front tires? and should they be replaced?

Unless it seriously deteriorates then no. My dad's van was like that and he drove it for 45k miles without any issues.
