Default EF8 import in Europe

I've bought an Mugen EF8 glasstop in Japan (from http://www.monkys.jp) and this car is going to be shipped to England in the end of May 2005. Are there some things I need to know about England because taxes and that ****? Hope to learn more from few of here, thanks!

$700 roof
$900 front end
$1500 engine
$1200 wheels
$1500 real MUGEN kit
$500 rear seat
$1000 shell

Thats one sick *** car. Worth almost that much in parts alone. The fact that its a genuine SiR makes it priceless One day I will import a car. One day.

So everyone is saying it would cost like 8 grand for the car shipping and insurance shipping to canada. then i have to get it sent somehow from virginia to canada. then after legally registering it it would probably get close to 10-15 grand and 6-12 months of time agreed? I want this car and will buy it if it turns out easier than I am thinking it will be.
