making your gauges red including your clock
hey guys i just did this like the title says
materials
red transparent tape
exacto knife
screwdriver
ok well everyone in this forum knows how to take off the cover for your gauge on your EF
so take that off
i believe 2 csrews underneath and 2 screws on the top located near the windshield
once have that off move steering wheel downward
disconnect plugs in the back
remove each brown light bulb part you see ( which is the mph and the tachometer)
then apply red tape around it that i got at pepboys or any other auto store ( you can paint it it but the color will start to lightened up for a while)
anyways then after that plug the plugs back in the put the cover back on then your set.
FOR THE CLOCK
easiest part
pull the vents out
then disconnect the plug behind the clock
after that look behind it and there will be 2 screws left and right
unscrew them then pull out clock
then there will be 4 clips on each corneer of the clock then unhook them
then the screen of the clock will pop out then put the transparent tape over it
clip it back in the rescrew it back to the vent then plug it in then put it back.
and there you go red gauge cluster and clock of all EF'S
ill post up pictures later

My way of doing it was better, and I got the heater core too
Just hit the bulbs with a coat of Championship Orange Testors paint
Now the clock idea though is good, I like that one.
EDIT - And my paint has yet to fade on me and if does, 1 hour out of my life in touchup.
